They melted the buttons on 2 of my expensive shirts, and took it upon themselves to cut the buttons off and replace them with something else completely different and not tell me. I also took chef coats for a friend of mine to them. They also melted the buttons and then cut all of the buttons off of all of the coats to try and hide it. When I brought the kids back and made them aware of what had done they all acted as if they were confused as to what I wanted and why I was there. They were very aware of what had happened and their actions are completely under handed at this cleaners. I cannot speak for all dry cleaners or dry cleaning customers, but in regards to this establishment based on someone's choice to swindle rather than do a job correctly or admit a mistake is absolutely inexcusable
