Public Storage

Elevator has been constantly broken this past month. Every time I go it's either not working or stops working while I'm there. Also, managers are very hard to get a hold of. No one answers the phones, and they're often out of the office for hours at a time. Public Storage also raises your rates even though they'll tell you the rates are locked in for a year.
