Beyond terrible! I have been getting my brows waxed for years.... I mean years. I'm not a professional myself my no means, but I know what a good wax job is and what a not so great one is. Today I went into Luxury Nails in Carrollton to get waxed. BIG MISTAKE. My brows look terrible and I had to pay for them to look this way! On top of if, the owner/manager embarrassed me so bad. She claims it was my brows, not her sloppy terrible wax job that left me looking zig zag and like my brows still need to be waxed. I demanded my money back and she yelled at me in front of her entire store that I just wanted something for free, it was horrible horrible horrible. When I asked to see their cosmetology license, she threatens to call the police. I've never in my life. I'll chalk this up as a lesson learned.... But I highly caution going there. I seriously feel like crying.
