They have been treating my American Bulldog for about 11 years and he is in great shape. people are really nice and helpful

You all failed to mention to my mother, who IS NOT a breeder and WOULD NOT know any information on the issue, that the a puppies tail docking and dew claws need to be done between 3-5 days old and that it is a STATE LAW and that means no one else will do it this late and you all were in the wrong telling her to call other vets KNOWING they wouldn't do it either. Y'all are too expensive for me anyhow, but you owe my mother SOMETHING because now the puppy isn't worth anything AND you failed to give her VIABLE information.
