It's a gas station along the highway. You get pretty much what you expect - not-really organized shelves, soda, snacks, and a single staff member who looks like they need a co-worker to relieve them. (But he was very nice and I appreciated his service.) The bathroom's pretty clean though and it gets the job done.
Three stars because it's neither fantastic nor terrible. It's there for convenience.
