Ashley and Dilsa, the managers, are just the sweetest young ladies; no sales pitches, no frills, no pressure, no management-forced / over-the-top persona's; just two mild mannered ladies who visibly enjoy their jobs and work very well together. Facility is very nice, shady, great location right off Lee highway in Falls Church; and tucked back far enough to have a nice sense of privacy and security.
*Also, and of the utmost importance;* the lovely ladies have a golf cart that they drove myself and my business partner around in - to show us the facility and our options. It was all just a formality after that; we both were completely sold on Extra Space Storage Falls Church.
