Alamo at Dulles Airport works best for me. This last time I was particularly grateful to the man driving the shuttle who took me back to the airport. He was so patient and helpful with loading and unloading my bags. When we arrived at the airport he saw a free luggage cart so he nabbed it for me which was really sweet as I was traveling with my little dog and a lot of luggage. I wish I had gotten his name so I could die a shout out but at least i did give him a big tip! haha...and that was before he nabbed me the cart.... plus i did have my favorite rental car, a KIA Soul so my one week rental went well.
