Process was fairly quick and straightforward, all the cars were very nice and clean. Upon checking in though I was led into a few extra charges, including insurance that I already acquired. All adding up to almost 400$. She gave me a hard time at first but after I was ready to walk out, they fixed it all and everything was taken care of smoothly. I would go back again, but I would know what to watch out for.
