absolutely terrible. the first shipment I had with this company they had for a week and made no effort to deliver so I had to go and pick it up my self. the 2nd shipment I had with them they left the material in Charlotte NC and the 3rd time they completely lost the material which is a package well over 6 feet tall so I'm not sure how they managed that one... Awful customer service. very rude, even hung up on me has I was attempting to track my material. They show no remorse, offered no apology, just all around a lack of caring for what they do. It is an embarrassment to the organization
