The youth programs are top notch. Joe, and all the instructors, have a great rapport, with the kids, while holding them to high standards for effort and respect for their teammates. My 9 year old son looks forward to his Brazilian jiu jitsu classes, and he wants to try the striking.
The adult grappling, and striking, fundamentals classes will develop your foundation for BJJ and Muay Thai before you move on to the regular classes.
Don't make the mistake of not signing because you're not in shape. Use this as opportunity to get in shape while you learn some important self defense / martial arts skills. I finally signed up, and I'm glad I did.
