Scheduling and Customer Service is rock bottom. Appointments are made within a 3-hour window which they fail to make. At the same time, they do not call the customer to tell them that they will be late. On August 22, 2016, I had an appointment scheduled for the 9:00 - Noon window. At 11:30, I called to find out where the service man was and was informed that he was in Gainesville, VA (I live in Front Royal). I was told that he had a problem that was going to need an additional hour to fix; then, he had a 1 and a half hour trip back to my place. I would not have known this if I hadn't called. When I asked how the scheduling was set up like this, the person had no clue. I couldn't wait all day, so I told them to forget it. This is not the first time I have experienced "service" like this.
