Ms. Danielle Ginther was by far one of the most helpful realtors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was able to find listings within my price range, explain everything I asked in detail (or found the info very quickly), and was very up front about any issues that arose during my time looking for a home. She spent her own personal time helping me while I was 12000 miles away on deployment, working odd hours due to our time difference. She looked into cost, cost of surrounding homes, crime reports, school districts, previous sails and a lot more. Just to ensure that I would be getting the best bang for my bucks.
