The rental office staff are great. They are always cheerful and willing to help. The only complaints I have are 1) there are a lot of messy geese on the property, but they recognize the issue and are doing their best to keep them away. If you are new to VB you should know these darn geese are a common issue across the area. 2) The lifeguards need to do a better job of keeping the pool clean. Other than these two issues we love living here.
