Just to check out my system $174 I told them my system was smoking and I thought my fan motor was burning up he gets here tell me to Turn on my system and the fan Works to tell me it had it went into defrost mode check the voltage to my motor on the fan nothing was wrong with my system check thermostat in the amount of heat that was coming out the vents 30 Minutes $174 for just to look at my system. And he did not look at my air filter which was in need of replacing and I replaced it. So I did not get basic maintenance. Never again not recommended at all.

My experience with Williams & Fogg was positive all over. They know the HVAC biz top to bottom, better than any of their competitors in Richmond. They stand far above their competition.

Really reliable and hardworking group of guys. I've called on them for plumbing, and a variety of HVAC stuff, and they've left me impressed every single time.
