West Broad Audi

Consumer Report rates the Audi as the best overall car brand, and I'm sure they are. I was very impressed with the vehicle I looked into buying. Not so impressed with the sales folk I dealt with however, as though it was a privilege to be allowed to ask questions and take up valuable time. After refusing a test drive, I was refused a brochure after stating that I had been comparing vehicles all day and wanted to do a bit more research. The three other luxury lines I looked at, were not as impressive but the staff at each one of them seemed much more accommodating. I left each of those with a thank you, and a brochure.

Joe was friendly, explained everything thing and made the entire process pleasant.
