Horrible service, constantly skips our neighborhood, have found them sleeping in there truck in next neighborhood when they should've been getting our trash, I even followed them one day when they drove right by our pick up and when they stopped I asked them when they gonna get our road they claimed they already did which was a lie cuz I followed them in my truck, they turned around and went back. This company constantly lies about why the route is skipoed or missed, the drivers are just plain lazy since there are not alot with this company in my neighborhood, now I know why! My trash had been skipped for weeks in a row at times. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND ALL I MENTIONED ABOVE. Here is it another day I waiting 3 days past my pickup (Friday is reg day) and still no one, trash over flowing. I called this morning they claimed they called to say it would b picked up next day (they lied yet again NOONE called checked my phone log...nothing) they did not, here it is Monday still sitting on curb!!! Don't waste your money or time with Waste management, been 3 years having this problem. Why can't they DO THEIR JOB!
