I got referred to Walker & Clarke Builders by HomeAdvisor to do drywall and painting after major water damage in my home. The man I talked to over the phone was very rude and said in order for them to come out to give me an estimate I would NEED to sign a contract to use them because it is sooo much paperwork. I told him I am getting two estimates since I am a single mom and have NO idea how much this kind of work costs. He would not deal with me and hung up. He said they are "busy enough and do not need my business" . Then why are you on Home Advisor?
