V.L. Jenkins Heating & Air Conditioning

Great company to deal with!! Both there office and field staff were great! My heat went out in the middle of winter last year and my home warranty company pretty much just wanted to put a band-aid on it (against the advice of V.L. Jenkins). My heat then went out again the next day and not only did V.L. Jenkins/Shoreside Heating & Air come right back out and fix it but they fought with my home warranty company all day until they agreed to cover the necessary repairs! It's an old unit that came with the house when I bought it, but it's still running just fine thanks to Mr. Jenkins and his staff!

The technicians were knowledgeable and courteous. Based on my shopping around with several companies, they provided a better quality unit for a lower price.
