Viva Salon and Spa

The owner Lee is one of the rudest business owners I've ever encountered. A different tech has done my nails and Lee went to " fix" them, completely ruining them by filing all the polish off the sides, when I said something she said I had to wait until the tech came back because she (Lee) had a customer, she also humiliated me because she was processing my card wrong somehow and it declined it . She yelled out to the entire shop about it and when her husband came back he processed my transaction with no problem . Lisa does a great job on eyebrows but unfortunately because of the owner I will never go back.

I love Viva Salon and Spa. I visited there at least twice a month to get Sam or Lee to do my lashes/pedicure they do a great job I highly recommend you go there!

I was not given what I asked for which resulted in 3 broken nails in 2 days. I was then asked to pay for the repair. My acrylic layer was very thin as there was barely a layer there. Plus, the nail technician didn’t take off the acrylic fully from the previous time she put new nails and acrylic on top. Just an overall bad experience

Been getting pedicures for 18 years, this is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had and my first time ever leaving a bad review. Prices are crazy, they charge extra for each little service. I asked questions about the services prior to choosing which one I wanted, then once I chose she did not perform what it included (hot stone massage) when I said to the man in charge I’m not paying extra for a service I didn’t get, the entire place started yelling in another language where I could not understand them, he yelled at me arguing about how much time she spent with me, I kept pointed out that the service in the book says in bold print “PLUS A 10 MINUTE HOT STONE MASSAGE” , it doesn’t say well....it depends on how much tome we spend! Then he then made me sit to get the service I didn’t get and it was HORRIBLE!! Almost painful. She used one cold stone and no lotion or oil. They continued to say things as I left the building. There are TONS of places to get a pedicure in Hampton roads, safe your time and money by not coming to this one!
