The office staff except for Iya, is incredibly rude and short. They are unprofessional and forget to not talk about you before putting you on hold when you can still hear them. Inconsistent hours and my doctor is never available. Jan is rude and short tempered on the phone with you and cuts you off and talks over top of you and sighs heavily. Daphne Edwards NP was very nice and helpful as well as Iya at the front desk, however all other staff has been rude. The "nurse" blew her breath purposely in my daughters face to make her gasp and swallow medicine causing her to choke. Why would you blow your breath and germs in my kids face? Children can take and swallow medicine without this practice. I have 4 kids and will be moving to another pediatrician office today.
