Not a good experience at all with the Farm Bureau. Our agent cancelled our health insurance "by mistake" and three weeks later we are still trying to get the mistake corrected. The staff at the Abingdon office has not been helpful at all, in fact, their customer service has been horrible. We would not recommend WCFB to anyone.
