Va Beach CBOC service is overall pretty satisfactory EXCEPT Lab Services. It boils my blood to see up to a dozen patients waiting literally hours for bloodwork, and then, patients still waiting, the lab tech goes to lunch for a FULL hour. This happens over and over and is completely unacceptable. If I were the tech and if I gave a damn, I would not have the heart to abandon all those waiting people. I would woof down a sandwich in in the next room and be back to work in 5-10 minutes.....your government, Obama, and Trump at work..
