Verizon Authorized Retailer – Victra

We came in with a simple question about activating a cell phone. The two people working there half heartedly acknowledged us, didn’t ask us what we were there for, and didn’t give us an estimated wait time. We sat in the store for about 25 minutes listening to one of the attendants tell two girls he was waiting on personal stories about times he has partied (many details about vomiting) and issues his friends had with cops. Just really really unprofessional. We finally just left. This place lost our business today and we will not be coming back.
