The staff was rude and my nail lady was rough and quick as if she was rushing through my manicure to get it over with (which was apparent in the end- my nails looked awful). On top of it, she was in such a rush that she spilled Acetone on me and didn't apologize or offer to help clean it. I am more angry with myself for paying for the "service". My mother and I both ahd similar experiences and therefore I will not be going back.
