One of the staff was so rude and wouldn't listen to customer's complaint...she just asked to wait another month...absurd....

There is a staff at the front wdw. He doesn't follow the instructions or he doesn't know anything about the required doc. for ssn application. I prepared all the doc. but he refused to process it. He lied to me and wasted my time to gather unnecessary doc. The 2nd visit I met another staff. The doc. she collected from me were the one bought at my first visit. She also told me that the guy I met at my first visit has been doing that all the time. I believe I m not the only person encountered this. Since there are no way to complain and make their service better, I decided to share this here to get everyone awarded. I do not recommend their service at all, unless u can meet the staffs behind the door. The 2nd visit was very smooth. The 1st visit was a beginning of my nightmare.
