Poor customer service. Paid to ship a package and was called later and told they couldn't ship my package by ground and had to use air which is not UPS policy. Had to return to the store to get my package and a refund which they could not figure out how to do. No one apologized for not knowing their own policies or wasting my time. Shipped it at the official UPS site by ground with no problems. Avoid
