Tread Quarters

Dropped my car off for a state inspection at 830 and was told it would be done around 1200. No calls by 1630, so I call and I was 'next'. I wait another hour and still nothing. I make my way there and it is now 1800 and they just started it. No apologies I will not be bringing my car back for any services in the future.

Waited around 2 and a half hours to be told that they weren't going to be able to do my oil change. I had an appointment too!!!! Top it all off with a nonchalant staff and obvious attempts at getting more money out of me. One star is a generous offering.
