I went in today bracing for the worst. We had bought my son a bike and upon getting it home it was not working properly. I didnt have the best experience with getting help when purchasing. The manager today exceeded my expectations, she was incredibly helpful and while I vowed to never shop there again before walking in, she changed my mind completely. Thank you so much.
