Timeless Wines

This store has a great selection & prices, but their ordering system is poor & outdated. Orders appear to be processing, but they will not send your order until they receive confirmation on the phone. However, they do not make this clear in the ordering process. You will receive an e-mail and/or a phone call (if they can reach you). The e-mail will have nothing in the subject header that warns you that your order has not yet shipped until you call them! The end result is receiving packages long after Christmas and long after they were promised. Customer service is poor. They are cheerful, but entirely dismissive and indifferent. Letters of complaint are met with a simple admonition to "Enjoy the wine." Thanks. Enjoying the wine wasn't my problem.
