This place isn't bad but it also isn't great. Especially with their pricing vs portion size, I've always left somewhat unsatisfied. Their noodles and meats feel overcooked most of the time, but their broths are consistently very good and probably one of the best in the area.
That said, the atmosphere is very cozy and comfortable. The staff have always been pretty considerate. They're not always on your *** trying to suck a bigger tip out of you. They largely leave you alone to enjoy your food, but are still on top of refilling waters and stuff. Ironically in the end I didn't feel obligated to tip them as much heh but that's just because I'm a terrible person
