Taco Bamba

I've tried several different dishes here, and they're all fantastic. They have over a dozen different fillings for all of the classic Mexican hand foods, and they serve breakfast. The sides are also dynamite. The beans and rice and Mexican street corn are highly recommended.

I am editing an old review, upping Taco Bamba from 2 to 4 stars! Perhaps in their first few weeks of operation they were still getting the kinks out. Since they have expanded their menu as well as their vegetarian options - the "Oh My Squash" is actually my favorite taco there, meat or no-meat! Its cool that they have a bar in there as well, so you can have a beer or drink if you wanted more than just a quick bite. Customization are questionable, it doesn't strike me as a taco place really meant for customized options, so you should mostly stick to the menu. Its also quite loud inside as they play hard rock tunes all the time, perhaps to discourage folks from hanging out too long. The restaurant is almost always full leading to a shortage of seats. It can also be very cold inside if guests [impolitely] hold the door open too much, but again its too small to have a breezeway so hard to address this. I had actually gotten in touch with the owner and you could tell he personally wants to make a difference in the experience of the guests! Thank you again Kirk and keep up the good work.
