I had such an amazing experience and I have to brag about the guys who helped me. Kevin was very attentive and really made us feel confident about switching from Verizon to AT&T. We spoke to AT&T chat and ordered our phones through them, then came to find out we were told false information and unfortunately we wouldn't be getting the monthly rate we were expecting. Kevin then introduced us to his manager, Manoj, this man has done everything and more to make us feel completely satisfied with our switch, including on continuous work at getting us to the monthly rate we were originally quoted at. Manoj and Kevin have outstanding customer service. If anyone is thinking about getting rid of Verizon and their high rates, please go see these two, they'll make your transitions confident and satisfying!
