I had a really bad experience at this store, got a poor service from Kathy. Waited for more than 30 minutes ended up with nothing. I asked about ATTnext buy 1 get 1 free promotion, they changed my current plan right away, didn't even explain the new plan in detail, while they attempted to sell phone cases. RIDICULOUS!!
