Quality of instructors varies significantly. Some were excellent, some acted as if they did not want to be in the water with the kids. Unfortunately, when you arrived to the scheduled class time each week, the instructor from the previous week might not still be teaching the class. This happened quite frequently. One major issue - the lead instructor does not provide regular progress reports, as promised during registration. You have to hunt them down to speak with you. Once you get them, they speak in extreme generalities and you have to press them to get details and specifics as to your children’s progress. Not a pleasant experience for us over the course of a year.
