Buyer beware this is a quantity verse quality kinda company now. Customer service for you or your horse is a thing of the past. I will not go into my long drawn out horror story where I am still the regretful owner of a saddle that has no business being on my horse's back but also the owner of saddle made from cheap leather that is only half way crafted by a master saddler. Congrats to Stubben for standing their ground on ignoring these issues but I hope that's worth your "word of mouth" reputation. My suggestion to buyers is this, if you just have to have Stubben then don't buy new due to the leather quality. If you want custom then don't even bother.
