Sprint Store

I ordered an iPhone X in store a week ago (Wednesday) It is now going into Tuesday! The lady who placed my order specially said my phone would come in two days (I’m thinking Friday or Monday) doesn’t come on either! So I speak with a store clerk today and he first said that it should be there since I ordered last Wednesday then he says well our phone usually take 3-5 business days too arrive so I asked why didn’t the clerk who served me say that so that I could’ve went to a different store! He said that they would not tell me that because they would be losing money if customers leave to go to a different store! So he actually admitted to lying to customers to get their business! By far the worst sprint store in Lynchburg just for that simple fact! Avoid at all cost
