Smart Pools 21 was one of the best companies to work with. We needed to have our concrete patio removed along with several brick walls which were close to collapsing. Cesar and his crew created a beautiful stone patio and wall which totally transformed the backyard. The crew started the project in September and finished in May. The same crew showed up on time every day, worked through the winter where they could, and cleaned up at the end of each day. I was so impressed with the quality of work I have now hired them for the weekly pool maintenance as well as to replace the pool tiles. I would HIGHLY recommend Cesar and Smart Pools 21.
