I had ordered the 5.00 dollar plate and got lo mein, a spring roll, and rice AND IT WAS LITERALLY THE WORST CHINESE FOOD I EVER HAD! The rice was hard, the lo mein had no flavor, and the spring roll tasted like old grease. I called twice to asked if I could substitute it for a drink or something. No one answered it just rang for 2 minutes. And i usually ONLY get their lo mein so I'm very familiar with this food but this was completely unacceptable.
