Based on the info available online we were expecting a true 'Farm to Table' experience. What we got was basically bar food that happens to be made with meat from a local farm. I had to laugh at how the server described the Tostitos chips that the "tacos" were made from as 'corn tortillas pressed into the shape of a cup,' haha! That is the most imaginative description for a Tostitos chip I have ever heard. Given that we were looking for clean food and would NEVER give our daughter Tostitos chips (or the Lay's potato chips that came with the Bratwurst!), we were pretty disappointed that this place claims to be so altruistic about the quality of their food when in reality there are obviously some corners that were cut.
