I called in a hamburger and fries they told me it would take 20 minutes so I waited 20 minutes before going to get it. When I got there he took an additional 30 minutes to get a simple hamburger and fries. While I waited for my food, I counted 15 different people who was working at the restaurant and only five eating customers. If the Berger would have been phenomenal and taste I would not worry too much about the weight but I've had better burgers from Hardees then this one. I will never go back to Norwood I ever recommend this place to anyone
