The system is broken and all the employees I've spoken with are jaded and rude. I was in a human services program and understand how it can happen but I can't imagin making someone feel the way these caseworkers have made me feel. Not all of us are looking for a handout, some of us work really hard to supply for our families we just need a hand up to get through the tough times.
My husband and i went there for an interview for pregnancy medicaid. The lady at the window had an accent and you could barely understand her. On top of that, she asked us a question and i was talking to him to make sure we were giving the right information. She said can you talk to me or only him? With an attitude and rude. I could not believe that that's how they let their employees talk to the clients or potential clients.
