Didn't even get a chance to go in to the shop! I called New Years Eve (they were open) to see if they would be open the following Monday (January 2) and could not believe the customer service I received.
A young child answered the phone and I asked if they would be open Monday. I clearly heard the child repeat my question, then the phone was handed off. A woman came on the phone and asked how she could help me. I then proceeded to ask again if they were open on Monday. The woman paused and said "Who is this" with a tone rather... ratchet (to say the least). I told her my first name, you know trying to give the benefit of the doubt, and once she realized I'd never been to the shop before she says "oh no we won't be open until Tuesday."
Not sure about anyone else but if I call a place of business to inquire about their holiday hours and I am met with such unprofessionalism, I will NEVER patronize the establishment. Too bad too because their reviews looked great for what I wanted done.
