Debated surgery for months and finally agreed to do it. Surgery made symptoms and pain worse and doctor showed no concern at all but was willing to try another surgery!!!!!! Not happening!!!!!!!!!
Terrible management......... I had an early appointment and drove from Hampton to Chesapeake and the office was completely closed. No one would answer the phone abd there answering machine was off. I finally called the podiatrist in same office and she told me that they were having some issues and no one was at that office. I never received a call from anyone letting me know the circumstances. I have a 2 year and an 8 month old I had to pay a babysitter for while I went for my appointment . I am beyond pissed!!! Worse management of a medical office I've ever experienced!!!
