Got an oil change at this location after purchasing it through GroupOn for $18.99. Don't waste your time - it took three hours!! Plus they charge an additional shop fee of $4.00. (Of note, Valvoline charges $3 more, but they finish the work in 15 minutes.) The attendant in the office was unable to give me an accurate estimate on how long the service would take for this routine maintenance. I highly recommend not using this location.
