Ryan Homes at Mintbrook Single-Family Homes

Ryan Homes, the Mintbrook developer, is appealing to the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors to delay the commercial/mixed use components of the project which were to include such things as a grocery store and pharmacy. Buyers beware of potential changes to what is being sold. They also recently proposed affordable rental apartments, but that was rejected by the Board of Supervisors.
