While waiting with my little one. I was told it was a 30 min wait. 35 min went by and two more people walked in. One of the ladies who was done went ahead and go the customer who had walked in 10 min ago after I waited over 30. I went ahead and just left,they begged for me to stay as I walked out and said almost done. I went ahead and called back and asked how long and tried to ask why were they getting other people when I was waiting for so long. The laddy who answered the phone hung up on me. I called back and said im asking something ma'am why are you hanging up. She said 15 minutes and hung up again. The worse most poor customer service I have recieved in a salon before. Ill make sure to spread the word of how rude and disrespectful people work at Royal Nails.
