RimTyme Custom Wheels & Tires - Sales & Lease in Hampton, VA

My experience with this place has been a disaster. The staff and management have been negligent with handling the replacement tires needed to ensure safe driving of my vehicle. I'm currently under warranty, and continue to make payments. I requested new tires two months ago, staff gave me the run around. A couple of weeks ago a staff member left voicemail that tires were in the shop . However a week later tires suddenly sent back, I would have took my business elsewhere if I had not invested as much money as of now. Will not recommend anyone doing business at this hang out of a shop, very dissatisfied customer.

Ron had great customer service. Very friendly and helping. I would recommend anyone to come here!!!!!
