Only real complaint I can come up with so far is they don't have an ice bucket in the room in any kind of ice machine on a floor or anywhere else for that matter. I did go downstairs and ask the guy at the desk who went into the kitchen and put some ice into a bowl for me. It was nice that he did that but at the same time for such a fancy hotel you figure they have an ice bucket and an ice machine around somewhere. Otherwise our rooms are really nice and hotel is pretty sweet. Internet is free average speed.
Rating should be (3.8-4.1) stars. See Trip Advisor post on this property. Highlights: we were placed in a lower floor room as a Platinum member. Ok, we were told there was no availability upon check in, it happens, especially at an extended stay property. However, the front desk attempted a call to tell us that there was now two rooms open on the top floor after we were told there would be no availability during our 4 night stay? The room phone was not functioning, and they failed to attempt my phone number on file. We have been members for over 21 years. There were other issues with the first room and yes, we did move, primarily because 4 TV stations did not function. I did talk to the GM and still am not sure what was/ wasn't done upon check in? The GM was pleasant and engaging and seemed genuinely concerned. Very busy property, fairly recently remodeled. Some of the staff lacked the pleasant affect. Probably will not choose this property again if we return to the area. Again, see Trip Advisor review.
