Ray Barnett - State Farm Insurance Agent

My wife and I moved to Lynchburg in August of 2016. We had been with State Farm in WI for several years. First, Ray took several months to get back to us with a quote. Then when he did, it took him another 3 weeks to finalize the paperwork and get it transferred. Now today (February, 2017) I got a letter from him saying he was cancelling my policy because he hasn't received any payments. My bank statements beg to differ. State Farm has always been good to me. This particular agent has been nothing but a pain in my rear end.
