I came here to do the leg work on obtaining a zoning permit. I approached Donna Eaton-Jones, employee and explained to her what I was attempting to do. She express that the office closed at 4:00p.m., be mindful it is now 4:28. I thought the office closed at 5:00. Anyway, the very helpful and courtesy Donna took my information and began to research my property to see what was on file (plague). BLUF: Donna turned what I thought was going to be a negative encounter to a very positive one. She show me what customer service looked liked. Very kind and yet professional!
